What I expect of you, the parents/grandparent/guardian *Pick up your child promptly, so that my family’s needs may also be met. *Persons authorized to pick up your child - if I've never meet them I may ask for a drivers license to verify who they are. * Pay for- Pick up late charges starting at 5:31 P.M. ($1.00 a minute), till you pick your child up, which will be paid on same day. *If your child is going to be late or absent, please call in advance. * Check your child's weekly folder by the cubbies in the red holder at least every two weeks and take their work home. *Notify me in case of illness, and keep a sick child at home. For each child’s safety and comfort I cannot care for sick children. Once your child has been fever free(less than 100), diarrhea free and vomiting free for 24 hrs. , they may return to care. *Pleas be prompt with your child care payment so we can promptly meet our household obligations. Childcare payments are due in advance on Mondays before the week of care. Co-payments are due the first Monday of the month. Receipts will be given out at the end of the year. *Keep shot records current, therefore providing the caregiver with a new updated copy each time the child receives a new immunization. *Do not bring food for your child when a meal is missed, this disrupts our schedule and is not fair to the other children. No gum or candy. *If the situation arises during a custody dispute, you will be required to make custody papers available to me so that I have a copy on file should any situation arise due to the circumstances. * DHS clients - All parents will be required to clock in and out on a daily basis due to licensing regulations *Leave one set of labeled clothing here for your child. *No toys are to be brought to childcare; I must make sure all toys are age appropriate for all ages. *Parent/Guardian/childcare get together are planned each year, we love to see you there. *Medicine to be dispensed must be in Ziploc bag with the child’s name/dosage/time to be given
*Holidays closed – New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas Day. Good Friday (this is my Easter holiday off) either closed all day or half day will be announced every year (These are paid holidays)
